Important Booking
Policies
Please read before booking, all policies are enforced.
Absolutely no refunds on any services performed.
Payment is expected immediately after service is completed- unless prepaid. Payment methods accepted are cash, credit/debit cards, & AfterPay both in store and online. WithCherry financing is also available for services over $200.
AFTER HOUR APPOINTMENTS
Please note that there will be an additional $15 fee added to any service booked outside of normal posted business hours- effective immediately.
Select services may require a deposit,
DEPOSITS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE AT ANY TIME, BOOK ACCORDINGLY.
No returns on opened/used product.
Refunds will be provided through credit towards future product or service purchases. No cash refunds.
24-hour notice is required for all appointment cancellations.
If cancelled less than 24 hours, a fee of $25 will be charged.
No shows will be charged 75% of the missed service cost and fee must be repaid before you may rebook.
10-minute grace period for tardy clients, please call/text 860-834-3541 if you are running late. While we do understand emergencies and other things beyond our control may come up, but if you are more than 10 minutes late for any service, your service provider may have to deduct from your service time or reschedule, depending on the services scheduled.
Lash Extension clients, please note, that if you have less than 40% of lash extensions at your fill appointment, you will be up-charged accordingly.
Foreign Fill appointments (original lash set not done by me), will be an additional $30 for all new appointments.
No exceptions.
Memberships and service plans must be purchased prior to service date.
