DEPOSITS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE AT ANY TIME, BOOK ACCORDINGLY. 24-hour notice is required for all appointment cancellations. If you cancel less than 24 hours, a fee of $25 will be invoiced. No call/no shows will be charged 75% of the missed service cost and fee must be repaid before you may rebook. 10 minute grace period for tardy clients, please call/text if you are running late. After 10 minutes, appointment may be cancelled. Thank you!
