Service Description
If you are booking a skin treatment for the first time, all new clients need to book a consultation to determine their skin goals, and appropriate skin treatment. This is an in-depth skin consultation and a facial scan analysis will be done. Reports can be sent to client for their records and is kept on file at Beauty Addict for clients.
Cancellation Policy
BEFORE BOOKING, PLEASE BE ADVISED, SERVICES THAT REQUIRE A DEPOSIT, THE DEPOSIT IS NOT REFUNDABLE. ANY REQUEST FOR A REFUND ON A DEPOSIT REGARDLESS OF WHEN THE APPOINTMENT IS CANCELLED WILL BE DENIED- BOOK ACCORDINGLY, PLEASE. YOU MAY RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT UP TO TWO TIMES WITHOUT HAVING TO PAY A NEW DEPOSIT, OTHERWISE IT WILL BE FORFEITED AND A NEW DEPOSIT MUST BE PAID. DEPOSITS ARE ALWAYS APPLIED TO YOUR APPOINTMENT AND REMAINDER IS DUE AT TIME OF SERVICE. THANK YOU. 24-hour notice is required for all appointment cancellations. If you cancel less than 24 hours, a fee of $25 will be invoiced. No call/no shows will be charged 75% of the missed service cost and fee must be repaid before you may rebook. 10 minute grace period for tardy clients, please call/text if you are running late. After 10 minutes, appointment may be cancelled. Thank you!
