ANY REQUEST FOR A REFUND ON A DEPOSIT REGARDLESS OF WHEN THE APPOINTMENT IS CANCELLED WILL BE DENIED- BOOK ACCORDINGLY, PLEASE. YOU MAY RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT UP TO TWO TIMES WITHOUT HAVING TO PAY A NEW DEPOSIT, OTHERWISE IT WILL BE FORFEITED AND A NEW DEPOSIT MUST BE PAID. DEPOSITS ARE ALWAYS APPLIED TO YOUR APPOINTMENT AND REMAINDER IS DUE AT TIME OF SERVICE. THANK YOU. 24-hour notice is required for all appointment cancellations. If you cancel less than 24 hours, a fee of $25 will be invoiced. No call/no shows will be charged 75% of the missed service cost and fee must be repaid before you may rebook. 10 minute grace period for tardy clients, please call/text if you are running late. After 10 minutes, appointment may be cancelled. Thank you!
